Lenexa Logistics Centre

Lou Serrone, Sr. Vice President-Director of Brokerage, has earned his SIOR membership by working with many notable deals.Lou is a past president of the local SIOR Chapter and expertise has recently helped bring the nation's leading online retailer, Amazon Inc., to Kansas City's very own Lenexa Logistics Centre. Amazon Inc, is set to occupy all 260,700 square feet of  Building 4.  The company is currently preparing for their October 2014 move-in date.

Managing Principal,  Kenneth G. Block, can be considered a jack of all trades in commercial real estate. His vast knowledge of the industry and record setting numbers continue to reach new heights with his latest development, CityPlace, a vibrant mixed-use community that will break ground this Fall.
