Kim Bartalos and Matt Levi of Block Real Estate Services, (BRES) sold a 45,000 SF historic building in Kansas City, Missouri.

Details of the Deal:

  • Buyer: Private entity, Hennessy Enterprises
  • Seller:  McQueeny Lock Development 
  • Location:  Kansas City, Missouri
  • Square Footage: 45,000 SF
  • Sale Details: Sold for $2 million
  • Building Details: The McQueeny - Lock Building is on the National historic registry and was built in 1917 with additions in 1924 and 1948.
