Those selected compete at the regional and national level to be the best of the best in commercial buildings. The TOBY awards recognize quality and innovation in commercial real estate buildings. Last year, Block Real Estate Services (BRES) was proud to have our own Lisa Randall win the 2012 TOBY award for the work on the Renner Corporate Center office building in Lenexa, Kansas.
