The projects that were featured were all across the board. There was everything from an apartment development to a wastewater treatment facility and even the Helzberg Penguin Plaza at the Kansas City Zoo was among the developments touted. See the full list of categories and projects here.
- We enclosed portions of the stream way and then we laid out the stream way in such a manner that it created a landscaped detention pond on the north side of the building. This detention pond then flowed into another pond at the corner of College Blvd. & Nall where we developed a re‐circulating waterfall that flowed from the building corner down to the street corner. So, all the water coming onto the site on the west side was re‐circulated through this pond.
- The design of the building showcases unique features that were created to bring the TEVA family together in one location, with the necessary amenities to foster collaboration; a vision at the cutting edge of corporate organizational philosophy. Features included at the site were a fitness center, large cafeteria with full kitchen, an auditorium to have private and public functions, an open stairway to a full 5 floors, outside seating and landscaped patios, an additional waterfall on south side of the building, a pharmacy and fully covered garage parking for all employees.
We are very proud of this accomplishment and even more proud to see how our development projects teamed with all the other development projects around the city have brought such great enhancements to Kansas City.
