BRES' Deal of the week - 10900 W. 86th Street

Brian Bock, Estel Hipp and Kenneth G. Block of Block Real Estate Services, LLC. (BRES) closed on the lease of an office building in Lenexa Kansas.  
Interstate Business Park, Lenexa Kansas


 Details of the Deal: 

 Square Footage:  28,430 SF

Location:  Interstate Business Park - Building 1 at 10900 W. 86th Street, Lenexa, Kansas.

Tenant: Jack Henry & Associates

Lease Duration: This is a five year lease that was part of a larger scale of lease ups for the Interstate Business Park done in 2013 in which the BRES brokers took the project from 16% leased to 91% leased.
