Block Healthcare Development recently closed on the sale of two Medical Office Buildings (MOB) in Des Moines, owned by Mercy South LLC.  Both buildings are 100% occupied and fully leased.

Property Location: 6651 SW 9th Street  and 850 Dickman Road in Des Moines, IA
Total Square Footage: 31,725 SF
Buildings Sold For: $6.95M
Tenants: Mercy South I is occupied by Fresenius Medical Care and Mercy South II is occupied by Mercy Clinics.
