Critical Components for an Effective #CRE PresentationDetermine your real estate objectives.
  • What is it specifically you are trying to achieve?
  • Who are you trying to reach?
  • What is the solution you are trying to convey?
  • What is your desired result?
Your objectives for any given presentation should be detailed, specific, and measurable. 
  • For instance, what measurable results can the tenant expect as a result of your presentation, or your service?
  • What will be the end result?
  • What will the specific outcome be?
Review client needs and requirements. Before presenting make sure:
  • Clients needs have been determined
  • Consequences and payoffs have been explored
  • Options have been evaluated and solutions developed
