Locations: 2205 E. Belt Line Road, Carrollton, Texas and 5790 Campus Drive, Hazelwood, Missouri
Square Footage: 447,761 SF

Both buildings were constructed in 1970 as distribution centers for Chrysler Automotive Parts (Mopar) The portfolio is 100% to the Chrysler Group, LLC.
