BRES' Deal of the Week - The Woods at Johnson Mill

Block Funds, the investment division of Block Real Estate Services (BRES), acquired a 120-unit Class-A multifamily community in Johnson, Arkansas.   The Woods is in a great location near many business's including The University of Arkansas.

Details of the Deal:

  • Seller:  HUD Auction
  • Buyer:  A Block Funds Sponsored Investor Group
  • Location:  Interstate 540 at the Northwest corner on the Main Drive Intersection in Johnson Arkansas.

Block Funds completed the purchase of The Woods in only 28 days.  The investment group was led by Kenneth G. Block, Managing principal of BRES and Block Funds. 

The Woods will be managed by BRES' multifamily division, Block Multifamily Group (BMG).
