Stephen Block, Kim Bartalos and Callie Laue of Block Real Estate Services, LLC (BRES) completed the

sale of a retail space in Kansas City, Missouri.                          

Details of the Deal:

Location: 3355-3395 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri
Square Footage:  8,150 SF
Seller: CDCKC-BLOCK, LLC 

Buyer: First Commercial Properties, LLC who was represented by Eric Gonsher at RH Johnson
Sale Price:  $1.3 Million

Midtown Marketplace is a multi-tenant retail strip center in the development with Home Depot and Costco.  Tenants included Verizon, Lamar's, SERC Physical Therapy, Great Clips and Americash.
