BRES VP of Retail Leasing Recognized as an Influential Woman In Business

Block Real Estate Services (BRES) is very proud to have our own Vice President of Retail Leasing, Kim Bartalos, being honored as an influential woman with the Kansas City Business Magazine.  Kim has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed 67 real estate transactions in 2013 alone. Since joining BRES in 2008, Bartalos earned the 2009 Highest Volume Retail award from the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, achieving the second highest in 2010 and 2011 and the third highest in 2012. She was presented with the CoStar Power Broker award for retail leasing in 2010, 2011 and 2012 having ranked among the market’s top brokers based on transaction volume. 

Kim also dedicates her time to causes that are close to her heart including the Hugh O’Brian Youth Foundation, Heart of America Council Boy Scout Troop 188, Calvary Lutheran Church and its school, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
