Kenneth G. Block of Block Real Estate Services, (BRES) closed on a land deal for a future multifamily development located at I-435 and 87th Street in Lenexa, KS.

Seller:  Kansas City Center Retail Return, LLC
Size:    28.35 Acres
Price:  $3.3MM

The multifamily site will be named WaterCrest at City Center. WaterCrest will be a planned, 306-unit luxury multifamily community located in Lenexa, Kansas.  WaterCrest is planned as a two-phase, Class A+ multifamily development encompassing 552 unit in 11 apartment buildings and two clubhouses.  

WaterCrest at City Center will be located on an infill site within the Lenexa City Center development, a 200-acre mixed master planned community located at the intersection of 87th Street and Renner Boulevard adjacent to I-435 in one of the Kansas City's fastest growing suburbs.
